Our store

These terms apply to purchases from the ZLiXxing online store. In these terms, "we", "us" and "our" refer to ZLiXxing. Questions about our store or your order can be sent to 1084738388@qq.com.

Product information and orders

Before ordering, check the product model, selected colour or variant, pack contents, quantity, dimensions and price. A refill is not a complete dispenser unless the offer says so. Screen settings can affect how colours appear, but do not excuse a material mismatch with the product description.

Please provide accurate contact and delivery details and use a payment method you are authorised to use. You must have the legal capacity required to place the order, or the appropriate permission of a parent or legal guardian.

An automated order acknowledgement confirms receipt of the order. If an item is unavailable or a material listing or price error affects an order, we will explain the issue promptly and offer an appropriate correction with your agreement or cancellation and a refund. We will not substitute a different model, colour or pack size without your agreement.

Prices and payment

The currency and full amount shown at checkout apply to your order. Product prices, delivery charges and any taxes collected at checkout are shown before payment. Your bank or payment provider may apply its own currency-conversion or transaction charges.

Payments are processed through the payment methods offered at checkout. Do not email complete card details, passwords or payment security codes to us.

Delivery, returns and consumer rights

Our Shipping and Delivery policy and Returns and Refunds policy form part of the information for your purchase. Nothing in these terms excludes a consumer guarantee, refund right or other protection that cannot legally be excluded.

We remain responsible for addressing complaints about the goods we sell and will not require you to give up legal remedies or accept store credit where a money refund is required.

Wholesale enquiries

For wholesale or custom quantity enquiries, contact us before ordering. Any separate quotation must identify the goods, quantities, currency, delivery arrangements and agreed terms. A quotation does not override rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Using this website

Do not use the store for fraud, unauthorised payments, unlawful activity or attempts to disrupt the website or access another person's data. Product brand names and other third-party marks belong to their respective owners. Website content must not be reused in a way that infringes the rights of its owner.

Privacy and communications

Our Privacy policy explains how personal information is handled. Providing an email address for an order does not by itself require you to subscribe to marketing.

Changes and complaints

Updates to these terms apply to future orders. We will not use a later change to remove rights attached to an order already placed. If you have a complaint, contact us with your order details so we can try to resolve it. This does not prevent you from contacting a consumer authority, payment provider or court available to you under applicable law.
