Shipping and Delivery

Orders are dispatched from Shenzhen, mainland China. Delivery questions can be sent to 1084738388@qq.com.

Destinations and shipping charges

Standard retail parcels to eligible addresses in Hong Kong SAR, Australia, Singapore, Japan and South Korea are sent by China Post ePacket, a tracked postal service. We do not offer worldwide checkout delivery. For bulk orders, United States delivery, another destination or an address unavailable at checkout, contact us before ordering for a separate quotation. The carrier and delivery arrangements for quoted orders will be agreed with you.

The shipping service, shipping charge and order currency shown before payment apply to your order. Please check the full delivery address before paying. Remote locations and particular postal codes may have different service availability.

Our retail checkout rates allow a maximum estimated item weight of 1.9 kg, with a 100 g allowance for outer packaging, within our 2 kg retail parcel limit. The cart uses estimated weight bands, not the carrier's final weigh-in. Orders above this limit require a separate shipping quotation.

The starting rates shown apply to the lightest eligible parcels. Heavier carts cost more; the final checkout shipping charge is shown before payment. Product prices and checkout are in Hong Kong dollars (HKD). Your bank or payment provider may apply currency-conversion or transaction charges.

Dispatch and transit

We dispatch orders within 5 business days after payment is confirmed, unless a different dispatch date is clearly agreed with you before you order. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays at our dispatch origin in mainland China.

Carrier transit time is additional to order preparation and starts after the carrier accepts the parcel. Transit time varies by destination, postal code, selected service and customs processing. For a destination-specific estimate before ordering, email us with your destination and postal code.

Delivery estimates depend on the destination, selected service and customs processing. They are estimates rather than unconditional arrival guarantees. This does not remove your rights if we fail to supply the goods or meet an agreed essential delivery date.

If dispatch is delayed

If we cannot dispatch within the stated period, we will contact you promptly with a revised date where one is reasonably available and offer the choice of agreeing to the delay or cancelling for a full refund of the unshipped goods and applicable shipping charges. Where your express agreement is required, we will not treat silence as agreement.

Tracking and delivery problems

Where your selected service includes tracking, we will provide the tracking information after dispatch. A tracking number alone does not mean the carrier has received the parcel.

If a parcel is missing, damaged or marked delivered but not received, email us. We will investigate with the carrier and provide the remedy required by applicable law. We do not automatically transfer responsibility for non-delivery to you when the parcel is handed to a carrier.

If an incorrect address or an uncollected parcel causes a return, we will contact you about available options and any reasonable additional delivery cost before charging or resending. We will not impose an undisclosed penalty or use this paragraph to deny mandatory consumer remedies.

Customs and import charges

Customs duties, taxes and carrier clearance charges depend on the destination, applicable law and shipping arrangement. Amounts collected by us are shown at checkout. Any arrangement that includes destination duties and taxes will be expressly identified; please do not assume that every shipping service includes them.

Contact us before ordering if you need confirmation of whether charges will be collected separately for your destination and service. We will explain the applicable arrangement before dispatch. This paragraph does not make you responsible for charges that the law requires us to pay. We declare goods using their actual description and value.
